Are you going to release a profile next week ? Or is next vorpX release only planned after the release of Cyberpunk 2077 and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla ?

    Hey,

i did a benchmark in G3D and the result are average 50 fps !

One Eye was black, but the rendering was G3D, that’s what I’m expecting.

    My Settings:

    Profile by MrUnboxerMan
    DX11
    Borderless Window
    Resolution 2880×1620
    Vsync off
    FOV 110
    Graphics Quality Medium
    DoF + Blur off
    DLSS Performance
    Direct Mode Async off

    My PC:

    RTX 3080
    Ryzen 7 2700x
    16GB DDR4 3000Mhz
    Samsung Evo 970

To start the game with vorpx, you have to uninstall Battleye:

    1. set launch parameter in uplay -BattlEyeLauncher
    2. navigate to <path-to-game>\bin\battleye
    3. uninstall_BattlEye.bat
    4. set SilentInstall to 0 in the BELauncher.ini
    5. turn down any prompt to install BattleEye again.

RTX 3080? For those of us no so fortunate, your 50 fps translates to about 20-25.

try to set a much lower resolution and set DLSS Ultra Performance

After playing some hours i think the profile by delrifter in z3d for watch dogs 2 is better than the profile by mrunboxerman. g3d is still one eye blacked and has to be fixed by the dev.

To get a better driving experience, set all driving sensitivities in the settings for keyboard, mouse and gamepad to 0.

For better gun play and ki set the difficult level to the highest.

Hi, thanks for uploading the profile.

The game doesn’t seem to be hooking. No VorpX splash logo on the screen.

I’m using Oculus Rift CV1 with the latest version of VorpX and a clean windows 10 install.

Audio comes through the headset, but Perpetual loading screen in Oculus Home.

    I have done the following

    run uninstall_BattlEye.bat file
changed SilentInstall to 0 in BELauncher.ini
    Disabled Windows Defender
    Installed Hook Helper
Assigned to WatchDogsLegion.exe (was on SplashScreen.exe, both are assigned currently)
    Tried alternate profile.

Would anyone have any tips on how to get the game working with VorpX?

Sorry, forgot to mention that step somehow. Unfortunately still no dice. Have -BattlEyeLauncher written in Game Launch Arguments in Ubisoft Connect. Anything else I can try?

I still have a folder for BattlEye in bin and have gone offline on Ubisoft Connect.

Do I need to launch WatchDogsLegion from the root folder? I’m giving this a try now.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

After running WatchDogsLegion.exe from the root I was prompted to reinstall BattlEye which I’m guessing is a good sign.

The dialogue box to install kept popping up so I clicked “don’t show this message again”.

Running WatchDogsLegion.exe since then does not load the game, and it seems to be looping. I imagine prompting the dialogue box repeatedly.

VorpX says “Attaching to WatchDogsLegion.exe”, the message automatically closes after 1 second then reappears after 10. Oculus Home Screen doesn’t show the loading frame.

have you set dx11, in the ingame settings ?

try different resolutions and try fullscreen or borderless window

Does it start without vorpx and prompt that online features are deactivated, because of the deactivated battleye ?
