Is my 50$ down the drain for good? What happens if in a year you decide to close the system, or in 10 years when I need a new license key, am I going to be shut out forever? What are the devs plans to future proof this business? The current model for activating the software is clunky and annoying, and for people that flush their OS often for different reasons it’s not viable at all.

I know the devs are very concerned about piracy, but that being the case you should also understand that your current DRM model is pushing customers away, and it needs to be addressed. I would still like to access this software in the future, and I believe I have a right to as a paying customer.

The authorization process will be automated in the future, almost certainly before version 1.0 of vorpX becomes available.
