What is the actual address that I am supposed to send an e-mail to with my request code? I have tried [removed] but it is not sending.
That is the correct address. If you can’t send mails to that address, please try support |at| vorpx com or use the contact form in the support menu above.
The form says not to use it for key requests, but you can ignore that in your case. Requests sent through the form have to processed manually, which may take a while.
