Where is How to get the most out of vorpX guide?

I’m desperately trying to make this work but the only result I get is headache and confusion. I keep reading the forum and the answer to all the problems is :

Read “How to get the most out of vorpX guide” in the documentation.

I tried to find this guide online and in my local files but I can’t. Where is it?

It’s called Essential Hints Guide since last year to make it clearer that it contains really important information.
