why can’t call vorpx menu in game

If you run the game windowed, make sure it’s running in the foreground, otherwise keyboard shortcuts aren’t registered.

i know, can’t run System administrator to any exe (shotcut)

When you run a game as admin, vorpX also has to be run as admin . There is an option for that in the config app on the ‘General’ page. Unless a game requires admin rights (only fairly old ones do usually) there is no need to that though.
