Why does the VorpX web installer download and install 0.4.1 oculus runtime?

It is obsolete. I’m forced to uninstall it then install the latest one after installing VorpX. Could this have something to do with the fatal error I get when trying to open VorpX config utility? Problem is I need to open it to fix games not displaying properly on rift.

Does this happen when you already have 0.43 installed?

The installer does a version check normally, so it should only install the runtime if an older version of the runtime is found.
