I played with the following settings.
Full Screen
1600 * 900
V-sync: Off
FPS: 30
Texture Quality: Medium
Texture Filtering: 4x
Shadow Quality: Medium
Geometry: Me Medium
Realtime Reflection: On
SSAO: On
Rendering Scale: 83%
Anti aliasing: FXAA
Depth of field: On
Multi sampling: On

The screen flashes when the game screen is displayed.
So, if I switched Full screen to Window mode in the settings, it was settled.
I don’t know if that method is correct, but it may fit if you change various settings.

i tried your profile, doesnt work with gamepass, and for steam version it’s glitchy & unplayable.
