I’m definitely online. Today I also tried the beta version, with the exact same error messages as a result when trying to start config or the app.

Just to add more info for this topic, upon starting VorpX after the fresh install and the error message the OP quoted, I also get the following messages popping up:

– MSVCP140.dll was not found
– VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found

I hope it helps to narrow down the issue.

+1 I have the same issue

I have no AV running apart from Windows defender,
I used the latest install link just requested yestartday.
The installer says it’s for VorpX version 21.3.5.0 – Is that the latest one though?

Hey, many thanks for all the tips! I’m pleased to say I’ve got it working just yesterday :-)
To make this happen I did the following:

1 – added EALink.exe to the Excluded Programs (this should be default for others but for me it was missing from the list for some reason)
2 – Disabled overlay feature in the Origin Client
3 – Disabled “Advanced Threat Defense” in Bitdefender

It was worth the digging, this title is just amazing in VR!
