    Hello.

I’m currently running VorpX 19.2.4, and I found that I can already dump the shader disassembly, then modify individual shader code and move it into a special folder to make it active.

I also found the following documentation as part of my installation:

    /Animation Labs/vorpX/docs/shaderswapper/asm_macros.html

Is the above functionality already live in 19.2.4?

It sounds like 19.3 will expand on this capability in some way.

Thanks for making a cool product.

    Spintires/Mudrunner!

There are a few VorpX cloud profiles for Spintires: MudRunner. I just took a first pass at making my own. It’s under the user name ‘codyherzog’.

I made the following shader settings tweaks:
-Removed truck shadows, because they looked funky in 3D.
-Tried to exclude the menu/HUD from 3D.

Unfortunately, the menu/HUD is still not great. If you close your left eye to look only through the right, it’s better.

I plan to come back to it someday and experiment with the shader disassembly. I’d like to fully fix the menu/HUD, and actually get the truck shadows working, instead of just hiding them.

You can adjust the 3D strength and FoV enhancement to your taste. Less 3D makes the menu/HUD better, but I’m personally willing to live with the funkiness in order to have a lot of 3D.
