Thank you for all the support. I made a new order, not through paypal, with Internet Explorer, that was processed, I am currently downloading the driver. I also made a claim through Paypal.

Thank you for the prompt reply. Yes, I have been charged, I already send the paypal receipt at support at vorpx. I see many people having problems lately with the processing of mycommerce.. I think that the mycommerce transaction did not complete, but charged me though. If I enter my email address and order number it shows in list, however when I click for details, it says: “No orders were found matching these details. Please try again.”
I also tried to contact mycommerce support. Is there any way to speed up the process ?
