Ok it seems to be working now. Does this have something to do with the certification process? Windows can be pretty annoying sometimes. Thanks for the help.
To save time here are some more facts about my situation:
– My Rift is up to date.
– My Direct X is up to date.
– I uninstalled my antivirus earlier today before even attempting to install VorpX. I am not running any antivirus at all at the moment.
