    Are there any mods out there that allow you to continue in “free look” mode while talking to NPC’s? .. I have been unable to find a mod that allows it, or if there are settings I can apply to Enhanced Cam/Immersive FPP/Joy of Perspective mods to allow it.

    Its really annoying to have to keep my head completely still when Im talking to somone.

    Hey, did you get any further with this? … I managed to get the same as you .. though Z-Adaptive is very unimpressive and yea the FOV issue is borked .. it really needs 120 FOV .. stuck at 90 is like Faith is running with her face first like a chicken.
