Activation key email.

I send my email off on the 4th of may around 5 o’clock and i’m still waiting for my key, I send 2 emails one half an hour after the first and after over 24 hours i am getting impatient. I still haven’t heard anything back and i’m getting annoyed that I’ve been kept waiting. When will I get my activation key so I can start using the software? I’m confused why this process takes so long simply to allow me to use the software, surely there’s a simpler process that doesn’t leave the user waiting for over a day to use the product, it makes me lose faith in the product as a whole.

Your key has been set two times on Wednesday to your hotmail address. Both mails went out a few minutes after you sent the request.

Please check your spam folder.

I will send it a third time, this time to your gmail address.

Can I ask why it was set to my Hotmail account and not my Gmail which I sent the email from?

Their fulfillment process is super fast though!! I was upset about this at first, but relieved to see the key had arrived in about 2 minutes. Awesome!
