There are at least two threads (here and here), which have both gone unanswered, reporting that older games which used to work with Geometry 3D now no longer have that option selectable, even though the vorpX tips at startup say that G3D is available for the game.
Is this a regression in vorpX 17.3.2? Should we try installing an older version of vorpX to be able to enjoy G3D?
It would be a bummer if older games just silently stopped being supported…
I answer as much as humanly possible, but can’t answer every single post, sorry. Everything is read though and being looked into. If such reports can be replicated, a potential issue will be fixed, with or without an individual reply.
BTW: Please post such issues in the ‘Technical Support’ forum, thanks. In the future I will move more threads to the right sub-forum to minimize unnecessary forum clutter.
