    Hi,

Sadly, I cant use VORPX anymore….

    – I am able to configure VORPX, it shows me Version 16.1.2
    – I can start VORPX, BUT every single time it downloads an update 39,93mb after that, it prepares the installer and shortly after this step the installer says something like: Undoing the preparations, it closes and thats it.

    I’m on Windows 10

    Anyone got an idea?

    Cheers

Might be an issue with your virus scanner. Please try to disable the scanner and see whether that helps. If it does, you should also exclude the vorpX program folder from scanning after the installation.

If the above solves your problem, ideally please also report this as a false positive to your antivirus vendor so that they can solve the issue.

I am having the same issue. COMPLETELY uninstalled my antivirus.
Just updates over and over any time I try to open the software

    Hi,

I deactivated and also uninstalled my antivirus (Comodo Internet Security Suite) but it didnt had any effect.

Any ideas? Should I try to reinstall VORPX?

    Cheers

    Update,

I found this in Windows Event Manager:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/9uwjs087yknv0su/Error.xml?dl=0 / Log saved as XML

It show every event happening after launching VORPX, maybe it helps?

Please try a fresh install using your web installer. If you didn’t keep a copy, you can get a new one here.

Comodo is definitely a problem! Unfortunately they seem to make it quite hard for their users to exclude programs from their security treatment. Please check this post for details.
