Prey capped at 30 FPS no matter what I do

    ingame FPS counter shows 60 fps and the vorpx counter shows 30 FPS.
    it doesn’t matter which resolution I chose or which settings.
    I read that Prey is capped at 60 FPS due to physics.

    So is that all I get, 30 fps?

    Please help!
