I have tried with McAfee turn off but still getting the problems. I’m using Oculus Rift Runtime 0.6.1. I tried to find 0.5.1 but had no luck.

Then select the desired platform (“PC”) and the version (0.5.0.1) in the according listboxes.
Have now tried 0.5.0.1beta (I could not download 0.5.0.1) and I have removed my anti virus software from my system. Still getting the same problem though.
Just in case: make sure to NOT run vorpX as administrator.
Apart from that:
Please send a mail to support |at| vorpx com and include the following things. Without further details it’s impossible to give individual advice.
1. System specs (CPU/RAM/OS/graphics card).
2. A list of running processes (screenshot of your task managers process tab).
3. A dxdiag.txt (run dxdiag to create it).No promises, but we’ll look at the things you send, and with a bit of luck can spot something you overlooked.
I have done a windows 7 Professional reinstall wiping my hard drives. I have installed FSX, ARMA2 and ARMA3 with McAfee Total Protection.
VorpX is loading with no problem.
System – Windows 7 Professional
Processor – i7-3930K CPU @ 3.20GHz 6 cores.
Graphics – NVidia GeForce GTX 780
RAM 32 GB
C Drive – 250 GB SSD
D Drive – 2 TD HD
E Drive – 500 Gb SSD
