I can attest to the camera drag. It’s the biggest thing stopping this being a must-have VorpX experience. Turning your head slowly is a good user fix, but in a game where you need to work quick through your shift, you do end up just using your mouse instead. I use a high sensitivity which makes the movement quicker but more dramatic. It’s around 120 or so.

Pressing Z to anchor yourself to a wall is usually when I end up looking around with my head. In fairness, the orientation stays firm. If you turn your head back around after, you’ll be looking where you were before.

I run it 1900×1600, and yeah it’s a bit blurry as you could expect, but nothing unmanageable. From that I have decent view of the HUD elements although the text, again, blurs a bit at the peripheries. Thankfully there are enough environmental and audio cues to clue you into the things you need to be aware of.

    But a really great experience.

Does it start without vorpx and prompt that online features are deactivated, because of the deactivated battleye?

    It does, yes.

have you set dx11, in the ingame settings ?

Boom. That’s fixed it. Thanks mate.

After running WatchDogsLegion.exe from the root I was prompted to reinstall BattlEye which I’m guessing is a good sign.

The dialogue box to install kept popping up so I clicked “don’t show this message again”.

Running WatchDogsLegion.exe since then does not load the game, and it seems to be looping. I imagine prompting the dialogue box repeatedly.

VorpX says “Attaching to WatchDogsLegion.exe”, the message automatically closes after 1 second then reappears after 10. Oculus Home Screen doesn’t show the loading frame.

Sorry, forgot to mention that step somehow. Unfortunately still no dice. Have -BattlEyeLauncher written in Game Launch Arguments in Ubisoft Connect. Anything else I can try?

I still have a folder for BattlEye in bin and have gone offline on Ubisoft Connect.

Do I need to launch WatchDogsLegion from the root folder? I’m giving this a try now.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

Hi, thanks for uploading the profile.

The game doesn’t seem to be hooking. No VorpX splash logo on the screen.

I’m using Oculus Rift CV1 with the latest version of VorpX and a clean windows 10 install.

Audio comes through the headset, but Perpetual loading screen in Oculus Home.

    I have done the following

    run uninstall_BattlEye.bat file
changed SilentInstall to 0 in BELauncher.ini
    Disabled Windows Defender
    Installed Hook Helper
Assigned to WatchDogsLegion.exe (was on SplashScreen.exe, both are assigned currently)
    Tried alternate profile.

Would anyone have any tips on how to get the game working with VorpX?
