ParticipantI am using the MS Store version and I get the full vr effect when selected. I did have to check the use alternative hooking for Vorpx to work, though.

ParticipantI tried this with Fallout 4 by setting the 960×1080 in the ini. It worked and looked nice but the HUD and cursor is unusable. Is there another trick I can try?

ParticipantOk, I got it finally got it to work. Disabling Comodo was not enough. I had to uninstall the whole program. After that. Vorpx picked right up on it. Now, I just have to figure out what to do about an antivirus program. I hope this helps the others in this thread that are having the same hooking problems.

ParticipantI have tried disabling the antivirus. I guess uninstalling it will be my next attempt. Is there no way to force the vorpControl64.dat to run? Vorpx works on everything else, just not GTA V. Very disappointed.

ParticipantTried setting up vorpx shortcuts to GTA5.exe and the launcher. Neither of them do anything. Note: This is a Steam install on Windows 7 x64.

ParticipantSame issue here. No vorpControl64.dat in process (but does exist in vorpx dir.) This is very disappointing! AMD 7970. Latest betas. I can set GTA V to start in the extended window in the settings but no stereo image.
Help, Ralf!davidmi58
ParticipantI have been following this thread as well since I am interested in getting the game to work on Vorpx. I do NOT have vorpControl64.dat in my task manager. Just the 32 bit version. How do I get them both to be there?
Thanks in advance, Ralf.davidmi58
ParticipantCare to enlighten the rest of us with how you did it? I would love to hear this!

Participant@ david: besides what moarveer says, you may have to set the DK2 as primary display and the vorpX config app to “use system settings” display wise. That’s the most compatible option.
Thanks for the suggestion, Ralf. I am pretty sure that I tried that. Tried a lot of things. Tried Rift primary. Tried shortcut. Ran the game @ 1920/1080. Tried running the x32 exe. It is like Vorpx can’t see the game running. Could there me a setting in the game that is causing Vorpx not to pick it up? I am not home right now so I can’t check but isn’t there something about “exclusive” full screen or am I thinking about something else? I also noticed something in the menus about stereo display. Could that have something to do with it?

ParticipantIf you are talking about Thief 2014, you are doing better than I am. I don’t get a stereo image at all. It is like Vorpx is not catching the game starting.
Anyone got any ideas?davidmi58
ParticipantThanks Ralf,
But, when choosing to use Zbuffer mode, how does one decide whether to use adaptive or regular Zbuffer? Is it just trial and error?davidmi58
ParticipantOops, that link did not take.<br>
Sorry I can’t seem to figure out how to post it properly formatted for the forum. I will paste it below:http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/revz-enb-for-nvidia-optimus-injector-version-f13377
