Thanks for the quick reply! Great support of your product.
I wouldn’t worry about adding the MS store version if it hasn’t come up before, it was a freebie from Amazon, so no loss there, I’ll give the steam version a try instead.

    @ Ralf,

I have read the Quick reference and tried everything listed there as well as using the optimizer.
I should have said “Mouse button” when I said “Delete” though… frustration got to me.
My copy is legit – I got it as a free DL when I bought my GTX 970.
That last part seems to be the issue – there is no FOV slider in my version at all and I can’t adjust FOV using monitors either.
Will contact Ubisoft for a fix as this appears to be their problem to solve at this point.
    Thanks

Ok, I got it to work by exiting all Nvidia apps and using Szabby’s methods.
But there is still a problem. As with virtually every game I’ve played, the dpeth / distance is a real issue. Everything is way too close and makes things very difficult to play.
Settings Menus are so close to my face I can only read them if I zoom out by hitting delete and enabling the Vorp X menu. On screen menu’s are out of the visible range and whenever I enter a room, the walls are so close it’s like the room is tiny.

Does anyone have workarounds for these issues?

Adamwalker13: Did you get it to work?
I’ve tried everything in this thread but the game crashes as it loads. All I get is the FarCry 4 splash screen on my desktop monitor then it crashes. Nothing ever shows up on the rift.

    Thanks Ralph,

It turns out Portal 2 has a command line style menu that I found by randomly pressing keyboard buttons after finding a youtube DK1 vid – turns out it was “o”.

After some messing with several settings I got it pretty well sorted out.
Appreciate the personal support you throw in.

VorpX really makes the DK2 worthwhile. Fallout 3 and Bioshock Infinite are absolutely amazing in the Rift.
    Great job!
