Everything game specific is stored in the profile.
You don’t need OpenTrack though. vorpX can handle TrackIR since quite a while. Whenever TrackIR is detected, a message stating that should pop up in the top/left corner of the game window.
Hi Ralf,
thanks for your answer.
I know that vorpX can handle TrackIR.
I am using this for example with IL2 CLOD and there it works well.
But when I use IL2 1946 only with vorpX the center position is lost with each rotation of my head. So I have to re-center in a dog fight all let me say 20 seconds.I am not the first who mentioned it, Uberdemon mentioned it too in his post about 1946 and vorpX (the reason for me to buy vorpX).
Do you have an idea how to fix the issue with the constantly lost centre position?
Best Regards
PS: To avoid misunderstandings: I like vorpX because with the help of VorpX I was able to fly some 200 IL2 1946 VR missions.

since the update ca. 2 weeks ago and the current update the the fps during head rotation is now a bit better, in general 1946 is playable again apart from some situations in dogfights above urban areas.
Not total perfect but I can continue my il2dcg Channel Front Career.

I have tested different settings now.
In some occasions the problem was in CLOD too (only VorpX, no Opentrack).
It seems to me, that it has something to do with high antializing settings.
Now I am flying CLOD and 1946 BAT with a higher res. of 2880×2160, moderate graphic details and no or low antializing. Due to high resolution the image is still of good quality and the problem with low fps while head rotation is better now.

Best regardskraut2ParticipantHi,
I am flying CLOD with a Rift-S:

I use the IL2-COD-BLITZ-OBTv1.0 profile
this profile generally works, I had only to activate tracking with the ingame menu.
-Enable alternate hooking method is not required for my system.
Well I don`t know nothing about your HP Reverb G2 head set but:
For my Oculus I have to start a special demo mode in the Oculus software and define the programs which should be considered in this demo mode.
-Have you checked in VorpX that CLOD is not one of the excluded programs?
-Have you assigned the:
…\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover Blitz\Launcher64.exe to your Local Profile?
(I am sure you have already done)
