Alternative hooking didn’t help. Still wont attach. It tries to but never manages it.

Yeah. I already mentioned the built in VR in my post and explained why it’s not good enough and why it needs to be included in VorpX.

There’s no way the default VR would work with Ray Tracing, even with DLSS because it has to render everything twice (once for each I).

None of these games that come with a VR mode built in have something like the “Z” modes (can’t remember exactly what they are called) that VorpX has. VorpX is great because it lets you play games maxed out in full 3D.

I think how you feel about this game will kind of depend on how you enjoy games.

If you’re the kind of person who analytically breaks down what features are included in a game, weighs out how many hours of gameplay you get per £1 spent and think it’s a step back from Boneworks because there’s a bit less interactivity then you will probably think the game is overrated.

If you’re someone who wants to travel to another world and believe in that world, and have an artistically cohesive experience then Half Life Alyx is a masterpiece. Amazing audio. Amazing visuals. Believable physics. Tons of atmosphere. Lots of detail. Beautiful lighting. Great characters. Great story. Totally immersive experience. 10/10 for me.
