    ok so the vive pro screen resolution is taller than wide correct?

    so is 2400 high by 2160 wide?

    confused. still dont get why the native resolution of 1600 high x 1440 wide is not working.

    Tried 2016×2240 and 2468×2740 custom profiles added. because that is the Steam resolution. Game does not see those resolutions dam.

    Seeing HP Reverbs on ebay pretty dam cheap it might be worth the test. I was thinking of getting the 2.0 base stations for the pro but those would be even more than the Reverb almost. or maybe 2020-2021 brings in 4k VR? Also the 3080 series cards might take us over the top ?

    ok that is looking SO! much better so far. would be nice to get 1440×1600 as a resolution any tips on how to do that? i have it in the nvidia control panel but its not showing up in game 3200×2880 clips on my monitor but is working in Vorpx

    edit – i could change to 1440×1600 by modifying in system.xml settings file in rockstar dir testing more.

    oops right also i made a custom resolution of 1440×1600 but not listed in the graphics options not supported.

    Great post thanks Ok so a more square resolution means that I can zoom in without as much side waist. this would explain why i have to zoom in so much to get the bottom and top bars to dissapear.

    But if i make a custom resolution with my headset resolution should not that be the best? I can cut the width in half as you mentioned, that makes sense. since its not really 2880 wide gah. Man I feel like we are back in the year 2000 playing 720p resolution. I am tempted to just got to the HP reverb and use your settings and dump the Vive Pro? The room scale stuff is pretty good though.

    Can you contact me by private message and throw me your contact? I make DCC content and am trying to learn VR would love to know a few people that have gotten this stuff to work..

    I get the system needs to be top , i guess i am wondering what would be giving up selling the vive pro. Its it importand to get the reverb pro? Or also the second release?

    Thanks for posting this, how about using flawless widescreen instead since it has nice sliders and stuff? and can do fov profiles.

    I have the same card. Getting 35fps with probably much less resolution than yours. My headset is Vive Pro. 2400×2160? But should not I be using the native resolution of 2880×1600? or do i put in 1440 x 800? even? since that is per eyes.

    I was thinking they will keep turning up the games resolutions higher than whatever is the latest headset and graphics cards can handle. Wondering if the 3080ti will put us ahead of RDRII in VR.

    But right now in the vive pro it looks horrible. I see so many youtubes of people acting like they are in West World I dont get it. It looks like an arcade game of some dear hunter game or something in pizza joint in 2001. Put in another quarter?

    This is not to take away from VorpX this is amazing. We are indeed lucky Ralph has taken this so far. The game companies just wont get off there A#@$Qs and make it happen. They could just make a look around head tracking, nothing else. Sad really coming from decades of gaming, seen it all can say the gaming companies really are dropping the ball. Suppose they are just waiting for graphics cards to be 20x more powerfull. decades from now.. VorpX at least give us a glimpse into the future.

    This new VR for GTA V everyone is talking about it does not work with HTC Vive right? I think i tried the latest with fail.

    Thanks it is not crashing now but all i get is the screen on a theater, when i try to go to immersive mode it kicks me back to theater? almost there or?
