For the sake of proper forum etiquette, don’t write “Ah, I got it now.”, but rather an explanation of how you got it to work and what the problem was for others to get help here too.
Thanks.Ok, I fixed that myself.
The trick is to close literally every application that is related to VR in the slightest, also the Win10 MR app which pops up automatically when a headset is plugged in. It will open up again, but before that I quickly started AC:O, and the cursor problem was fixed from then on (when the opening credits roll on your desktop, you know you’ve got it right).I can confirm that both hook methods are working here for me too.
While I, on the other hand, can absolutely confirm that AC:O is NOT working anymore with VorpX.
It loads normally, but as soon as I touch a controller the game crashes and shows the “Waiting…” notification, and that is it.
No fix for this, it’s just not working.
