Hi, yes I have the same exe listed in the profile-list. I guess it’s that profile that’s being used. Anyway for me it works, when launching FS2020, vorpx hooks in, it does take while but once hooked FS shows up in the VR-headset. Keep in mind 3d only shows when you are in the cockpit, all other screens (splash, menu, options…) are 2d virtual desktop-like. I use an oculus rift (not rift-s) maybe the quest is less compatible? For me it works, only the cockpit shows too big not scaled correct and the elevation of the plane is incorrect. For me the elevation of the cockpit is leveled witht the highth of the runway, like the plane is sitting in a hole on the runway :-). This effect goes away once when airborne, and the 3d visuals are absolutely stunning. I still cannot believe how Ralf could pull this effect out of fs2020 with his 3d driver.

    Hi all,
First time launching FS2020 I was thinking, “what if this would work in vorpx?”. So I tried some profiles but none of them seem to hook, until I found this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cXPVXZDfvhU (credits to this man :-) ). He found out that the profile “a plague tale” actually hooks when launching FS2020. I tried it and indeed it works, instead of using the virual desktop you can actually run FS2020 in Z-normal or Z-adaptive and create some 3d in FS2020. Head tracking works but you have to hold the mouse button when turning your head, but you can actually look around using your headset. It’s not ready to fly that way (in VR mode you have to constantly press the mouse to look around and meanwhile release to be able to click buttons in the cockpit, you cannot grab the switches yet like you can in xplane. But I don’t care, I just put on the AI pilot and enjoy the view in 3d, looking at the new weather system (clouds) is really stunning. Looks like Ralph is ahead of MS putting VR in FS2020 without even knowing it :-) good job Ralph!

    Hi All,

I’m also trying to make Planet Coaster work in 3D. Already managed to hook in and modify G3D settings in the game but so far only managed to accomplish some 3D effects on coaster tracks, paths and objects. Only playing with the HUD settings seems to do something, is there a reason why other settings are not doing anything on the shaders? Anyone?

    Regards,
    T
