Giving me an error “The order is still being processed or was rejected”. The order was taken and money taken, I have the invoices….
Vorpx email says:
Thank you for buying vorpX. To activate vorpX, please follow these steps:
1. Install vorpX from the link you got earlier
2. SEND AN E-MAIL WITH THE REQUEST CODE that is displayed in the license dialog to [removed].
The link doesn’t work…

Please make sure to you use the same e-mail address for the download request that you used to originally activate vorpX. If you do that, it will only take a few minutes to get the link.
I have requested download link to be resent. “we will respond shortly”

Thanks for the download link. Sent another email for registration few hours ago as per instructions but still have no reply. I don’t recall this taking longer then 30 min before?

Something odd going on with my emails getting them from vorpx domain.
This pc had windows re-installed and I need a new download link and have sent several requests and over a period of several hours not received anything back.
I decided to test something, I registered for a forum login using the same email I have on record for my purchase of vorpx and I never even got the “please check your email” for that either.
Next I used my secondary email for this forum registration and I got that email within one minute. So I was wondering if I could get that download link sent to me on a working email address I do have. I have also sent this request directly to support |at| vorpx com but not heard anything back. Thank you for reading.

Unfortunately a new download link didn’t change anything. I tried both Skyrim and Fallout 4 (Clean Install). The ALT + L combination does nothing and on the vorpx in-game menu there is no button at all for run scan or the DirectVR settings.
Can you please let me know what could me to be getting this?

To combat the recent problems I have been having I thought it worth to try a new download link since it almost seems that the VorpX control panel is 17.2.1 but the running service is older (since there is no reference at all to DirectVR scan in the menus).
I sent in the link yesterday morning but I have yet to hear anything. I wasn’t sure if this was an automated system and if there was a problem. Could you please send over the link?

Its been over a month since I purchased and I never received any download link, so beware all potential purchasers. Also, you have to email them to get your key, so you don’t get your key instantly after purchase.
Before anyone suggests I check my spam folder, my email account doesn’t have any spam filters so everything goes straight into my main inbox.
