Problem starting Configuration

Hi,

Today I’ve updated to the latest VorpX Version because my old 1.7 installation won’t start configuration. The old version ends up without any error message. The new version ends up in an unknown error.
I’ve added VorpX to the Antivirus Whitelist and also stopped the Antivirus completly.

What can I do to start the configuration?
