I’ve tried it but internally it is maxed out at 1920 x 1080….I couldn’t get the custom resolution thing to work either. (When I tried to reset to the new resolution it kept crashing my display drivers) I’m on a laptop with 2 gpu’s so maybe that’s the problem on the resolution settings…

Also, changing AA in my video cards (CCC) settings did not seem to do anything, even when I made changes and restarted the program, (Garry’s Mod) in this case.

I remember an issue once with severe framerate drops in Source games with multisampling antialiasing enabled. That should be solved, but it may still be worth a try to check whether disabling AA helps. Maybe the fix for that isn’t working in all cases.

Thanks for the fast reply. That worked, I just disabled AA. (I also noticed that the frame rate dropped using G3D when I activated Virtual Cinema, probably because there is some form of AA in the Virtual Cinema maybe? Anyway, thanks for the quick fix!

No error message or anything like that. It just doesn’t inject itself into the game. L4D2 works (it looks messed up but at least it injects). I cannot think of why would Garry’s Mod not work when L4D2 is a source mod…

To anyone who comes after or does a google search, know the following:

I have a high end Sager gaming laptop with two ATI 8970ms in crossfire. Normally Bioshock Infinite will crash to desktop as soon as I start with an APPCRASH error. However, if you use the WINDOWS KEY + P and cycle to do make it projector only (the rift) you will be able to use both your GPU’s while you play a game with Vorpx…
