ParticipantThere is a source port for it (OpenGl rather than DirectX 5):
https://github.com/jdmclark/jkgfxmod/
more info:
https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Star_Wars:_Jedi_Knight_-_Dark_Forces_IIthen try source profile (black mesa / hl2 etc)
I have not tried this, just posting a possible solution for you

ParticipantI just tried it and let vorpx change the game settings – it set it to 1708×1280 fullscreen.
Bumped clarity up to full, was getting full 90 frames in Gonarch’s lair map. (3080ti samsung odyssey)Alt enter sometimes restores a games focus if that was somehow affecting you. Only change I had made in the nvidia control panel (besides adding the vorpx custom resolutions) was to perform scaling on GPU (override check / set to aspect)
Do you need virtual desktop while running vorpx with the Quest 2?

ParticipantYes G3D is true stereoscopy, real 3D

ParticipantThats not true. VK3D works great for Vulcan games (and supports latest cards) – most of the fixes have mouse and keyboard.
Here’s a tutorial vid that shows you how to set it up:

ParticipantFor superdepth3D or other SBS like native 3D in games, Desktop+ is a good free program on steam if you can’t run it in vorpX desktop (ie cant run in borderless) to get the benefit of the Clarity feature.

ParticipantI played that back in the day – could get faster lap times by bouncing off the side of road structures than decelerating for turns.. have to see if I still have this game – thanks RJK
edit – looking at these screenshots doesnt look 3D (left and right are identical)

ParticipantSBS controls show upo when using vorpX desktop viewer but not when hooking into the game, unless I’m missing something.
CrunchyGlass
ParticipantSBS (and other 3D output) settings show up when using vorpX desktop viewer (pause watcher / run in borderless) or there is a free app on steam called Desktop+ that does SBS efficiently.
Tried a few of the OpenGL3Dvision fixes from VK3DVision site and they work like geo-11 as well if you swap in the newer OpenGl 3DVision Wrapper (some already have it) and setting AlternativeView_Mode = 1 (for SBS) and StereoDominantEye = RIGHT_EYE in the ini

ParticipantPress DEL to bring up vorpX menu in your headset – cycle to headtracking value and set it to zero.
Unless you mean the screen stays centered in the headset and moves as you move the headset… you caan try toggling between openxr and occulus in vorpX configuration screen

to answer your question, all the rest was correct

ParticipantIm no expert, but the way to go about it as far as I know is this:
The game uses Unity 2017 engine according to : https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Fishing_Planet
Next check all profiles made for Unity games: https://rjkole.com/gamestuff/engines/index.php?selengine=Unity
Then test one after another (starting with same year releases) until it works (or not). I do not have the game so I cannot help any further – Good Luck!

ParticipantThe only profiles with the word fishing on the cloud are euro fishing. If thats the only game you want vorpX for, cannot confirm if it would work or not. If you do play other games, its completely worth it
CrunchyGlass
ParticipantThe SBS setting in VorpX only shows with desktop viewer for me. Want that for superdepth3d/reshade on occasion when there is no profile for a game. Is there a way to get it to show when VorpX hooks?
