same for me.
Cinema view works fine, but the game is otherwise zoomed way in for geometry mode and z-buffer.
tried ~fov 120, but when I exit the console is zooms back in again

Not me. It crashes when I try to launch, but I’m still on Oculus runtime 0.6. I’m assuming you need at least 0.7.
