    I found the half of the screen issue to be due caused from Incorrect resolution in the Mod organizer ini files.

    Another issue I still see is a fish eye type effect where everything seems to be very deep. Is there a way to fix that?

    Hi ralf, im trying to run outerworlds in geometry setting mode for fullvr setting. It appears vr through one eye, but not the other. also the game is distorted and appears to be missing textures. Is this happening to most people or is it something specific my system?

    In other words, it adjusts FOV on its own? It does seem better this time around.

    Does the outerworlds update give full control of directvr scan? I’m only getting it to scan for headtracking.

    Unfortunately, I tried everything that you said, and none of my issues have been solved. I found a video on youtube that best describes how I see games on vorpx through oculus. Is this really the best that vorpx has to offer? The video is from 2015. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lFiW-jWApfc

    Thank you for the timely response.

    Correct me if I am wrong, but for the oculus the resolution should be set with the monitor. From there it will automatically project that resolution to the oculus lenses. If this is true, I have my monitor’s resolution set to the 1920×1080, but I still see borders around the game. I checked this resolution by right clicking on desktop and checking display settings.

    Hi Ralf,

    Forgive me if I’m posting this in the wrong section. I recently bought vorpx in order to play theouterworlds on vr. Frankly, I’m not very happy with my purchase. I believe that I may be doing something wrong as well, so my opinion can easily change. I have a couple of problems that I hope can be resolved.

    1. It seems like this is not really VR. It appears as if a big screen is placed in front of my screen and I am given head tracking. I do not feel like I am actually inside of the environment. Also The gun looks very 2d. I am in full VR mode.

    2. This is similar to number 1. Around the big screen that is placed in front of me, there is a black border. This takes away from immersion a lot.

    3. My hud is really off scale. I attempted to follow your directions above, but I was not successful. I have an AMD video card. In the link above you posted that AMD can only go up to 1440×1080 or 1024×1080. Are these resolutions 16:9? I also attempted to disable automatic settings like you suggested, but I was not able to find it in the VR Settings category of the vorpx menu.

    Forgive my ignorance on these matters, i’m pretty new to VR modding. Can you please offer some assistance.
