Seems bit defender was the problem. I tried everything to disable it but nothing worked. Only uninstalling.

There’s got to be a way around bitdefender without resorting to removal.
We have made progress though. Getting an error message is better than nothing.

When I launch the game from shortcut on the desktop with vorpx desktop / I get an error message saying failed to hook, and the HMD drops back to oculus home.If I launch the game without vorpx desktop then I’m not using vorpx right? I tried that once as suggested but the HMD stayed in oculus home.

I sent the logs. So I could buy the GOG version and it might fix my problem?
I’m going to once over all my Steam,Nvidia,and AV to make sure all overlays are off and AV has all involved locations excluded.hehe thanks ralf.
I didn’t work. When I try to click the shortcut nothing happens. KDC doesn’t even start =(
I don’t know what could be the problem then.
If it didn’t work on anything this would be much easier troubleshoot.
So when you guys load it up you can hit delete and see the 3d geometry stuff on the mainpage? I don’t see any of that. Just the normal options as if the exe was excluded.Ok well that didn’t work either sadly.
The only other thing is the exe thing you mentioned. I didn’t rename it obviously but there is capitalization in my “kingdomcome.exe”.
No G3D options at all.
Reinstalling now through steam.
There was some left over mods files from the steam release in the directory. I have deleted them.

Well I reinstalled vorpx and relaunched KCD but still no g3d.
What is going on here? Other games work fine like csgo, mass effect, and alien isolation. However KDC is the game I bought vorpx for.Next step is to try and reinstall KDC.
