Have you or anybody had any luck with Grounded? It looks like it would be great in VR.
tip.atkesonParticipantAny news on this Ralf. Thanks
tip.atkesonParticipantRalf do you know the answer to this?
tip.atkesonParticipantThat’s good news, thanks Ralf. Got it running last night and seems to be working well, at least in immersive mode. The wheel centering is still off like it was in 2019, wish we could get a good setup for racing wheels but I do have a work around.
Jun 25, 2020 at 7:16pm in reply to: Racing wheel not centering in game when launched in Vorpx #195631tip.atkesonParticipantI will try that Ralf thank you. I really hope this works, I purchased vorpX just for F1 and am looking forward to the 2020 version. The wheel now has to be turned around 11% to the right to go in a straight line, but it doesn’t due this in the flat screen version. I will try that and see if I can find some way to calibrate it off center, which I doubt can be done.
tip.atkesonParticipantThanks again for your feedback. I actually don’t run in VR or with geometry on. I run in the immersive screen(?) mode and am very happy with it. I have a fast computer with a 2080ti oc but enjoy the immersive screen mode much more.
tip.atkesonParticipantI would like to even get 90 fps versus 60. I am sure that the headset is interpolating the FPS to a higher FPS but this is not the proper way to do it, especially when the game is only allowing a low 6o fps output because it feels it is running on monitor. I am playing F1 2019 and this game can run at very high refresh rates and it would be awesome to access those in the Valve Index headset. Thanks for the feedback.
