**How to center and shrink the minimap (and other HUD elements):**
1. Copy the
update.rpffile from your game’supdatefolder to themods\updatefolder. (You’ll need to create these directories if they don’t exist).
2. Use a tool like OpenIV or CodeWalker to open theupdate.rpffile that you just placed in yourmodsfolder.
3. Navigate tocommon\data\ui\and replace thefrontend.xmlfile with the one provided at this linkYou may need to adjust the minimap’s horizontal position if your in-game resolution is different from mine (1920×1440). To do this, edit the
frontend.xmlfile and look for the lines that begin with:*

posXvalues by the same amount to shift the position.I also recommend the “GTA 5 HUD Toggle” mod (bind F12 to down D-Pad to toggle the minimap)
yaglourtParticipantGood depth for a z-normal game, I used hook helper and obviously disabled battle eye on rockstar launcher.
Thanks it seems it was a profile issue. “GTA V (Z3D) [Smoils]” profile is working for me.

yaglourtParticipantInstead of tinkering with vorpx and Z3D… just get an older version of the game, it had “unofficial” native VR with great G3D (only the menus ingame are not properly displayed but you don’t really need them).

yaglourtParticipantI have implemented a workaround for the next update that makes vorpX use the old method when the mod is detected. Will probably be out in two weeks or so.

yaglourtParticipantActually I wrote a GTA VR updated guide some time ago but my english is a bit embarrassing, I would prefer to have someone checking it before posting it on reddit (you know how these guys are hard to please ;-)
BTW, another important mod for us : “CGE Dynamic Radar and HUD 2.0” makes your HUD switchable (with a button or automatically when you get into/get out of a car)
