immersive screen is not fixed it still moves with head to right or left about 45deg from center when move head and headtracking works in there still , im asking is there away to make it extend more past that 45deg so can look behind so it acts like fullvr , im not asking alot off you i just want to know where setting are for immersive screen so i can go mess my self with screen rotation i get alot more smoother experience with all games tried in immersive .
its on a 1tb ssd , its same on any setting low to high on most games , might not be able to replicate on your system but from other posts on here it happens to others as well , i have got a beefy rig , look all im asking is there a way to just use immersive screen locked to hmd so i get the screen to move 360 with my head ?? , what do i need to change in files to do that i know you can im asking for help to do it lol as this is what fixes all issues in all games tried so far butter smooth on immersive screen setting , i dont know why but is
Its not the game , your vopx has come along way , with all new features im asking more whats new with immersive screen ? i tried on a few other titles flawless as well no double image / ghosting using imerive screen setting , even in other titles you get head track judder /ghosting in full vr g3d etc always has been , if i can just use that immersive screen setting with full head track you wont hear from me again , and i think others would be happy with that option , yes not full 3d but as long as got 1 to 1 head tracking and able to someway lock that immersive screen to hmd so can see behind me fully , i would be more than happy
hi ralph been having fun farm sim , but couple things , as said by others in other post link on farm sim , the stutter on screen with head tracking, its always been there since you released vorpx lol yeah im not fussed i think its sumthing to do with mouse smoothing/acceleration makes it look judder, also zsd g3d like you say brain can soon compensate for that when its not on but , there is a performance hit still somewhere , when using full vr , if change to cinema mode , its flawless on screen and even looking around room solid fps on vive pro2 rtx3080 , the same said for immersive screen , absolute no stutter on head track , i would be happy playing with stretched letterbox screen on immersive screen , but loose out by not having 360 head tracking i cant look behind as screen cuts off half way when turn body , is there away to lock immersive screen to headset so it works same as main vr screen and stretch image , it so smooth on headtrack and image quality i would be happy with that option if there is away i dont mind messing with files ??
Ahh you read my mind was just about to ask about lack of head track on foot thanks for quick answer lol , anyway around it ? , with gamepad override as head tracking settings in vorpx settings tried relative and absolute but nothing on either i didnt try leaving on absolute before turning on head track i.r , i will give that ago in moment , il turn off head track ir feature if that fails , give me head look on foot again , shame both not working together .
and just noticed 6dof with track ir ,vorpx come along way 10/10 thats just added so much more immersion thanks again ralf ; )
YOu sir are a legend its working doing that way on link sent , i tried windows 10 side in optional features the gpu tool to lock game to directx 11 , but that worked changing xml file thanks a bunch , il pass on to my mate with quest 2 , hope this helps others in future as well ===
Head over to the following location
Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2022
Here, open the game.xml using a text editor like Notepad or Notepad++
Now, change the following code
<renderer>D3D_12</renderer>
to<renderer>D3D_11</renderer>
Save the file (Ctrl + S) and exit outTried with custom farm sim 2019 profile no joy just hangs still and forced directx 11 in dxcpl.exe ,if get a chance to have a look let me know , or any other solutions thanks
chukovskiy if your monitor can go higher set it to 90hz to match your headset if vive or oculus if monitor can support it fixed my problems the same as you are explaining it is monitor being at low hz giving matching fps if set monitor to 90hz i now get 90fps again and no bar tearing your mentioning buttter smooth again
its ok i will just get new tv but now these posts are up if start getting others saying same as me please try for my sake with 60hz monitor yes vsync off for yourself ….. its not working lol if it does and still maintain full fps no judder let me know , but saying i have just tested my self with different monitor that goes up to 120hz its working no judder in vorpx thats why was here asking you why is that ?? im not an expert lol
not playing skyrim im saying its affecting all games in general going thro vorpx , trust ralp got 3k worth of pc ranking about 78th in world in unity vally bench i know what talking about i am not knocking vorpx it is flawless i can even maintain upto 90 fps on gta5 with my pc using monitor matching headset if have an old 60hz monitor please try for self it affecting your program i was just wondering if there a workaround instead of buying a new tv
new tv it is lol as said before my tv/monitor able to go to 75hz max so when used to play dk2 vorpx was flawless as dk2 75hz and my tv 75hz so constant 75fps , same when plugged in mates monitor and set to 90hz to match htc vive 90hz vorpx flawless again 90fps only drops getting are from the odd in game artifacts so hope it helps you to let people know its not vorpx it could simply be your monitor not being good enough lol i was asking if there was a work around as non vr steam game doom bfg modded can hit 90fps and still mirror to my 60hz tv without affecting fps/hz of headset i am happy with vorpx software but i do think worth looking into to stop all the judder moaners . thanks

…..what i am try to say as mentioned in this reddit is that example (monitor 1 htc vive 90hz) + monitor 2 60hz = monitor 1 htc vive now 60hz due to nvidia bug ? is there a way you can make vorpx turn headset into main display or some work around as i think this is affecting alot of people and are unaware to situation or do i need to buy a new tv to match htc vive 90hz or above ?
