gotta second this , too.I have massive stuttering i use direct vr scan.
If i just change fov ingame no problem ot atleast minor flickering once in a while…
If direct vr scan is enabled its like every second a massive flicker.
My system 6900k,64gb ram, 2tb ssd, 1080 ti all watercooled.

…. a break through today. I was using the GTA5 launcher to start the game. I was changing GTA5 resolution and even directx settings quite a lot.
And out of the blue after about 10 restarts voprx recognizes the games resolution and confirmed it in the vorpx render info screen.
    The problem has gone .
But is till like to know about the above errors.. what is causing it?

Hi did some more modifications on settings. I turned off the GTA5 ingame upscale and cranked up th Nvidia DSR to 4. I enabled all features in GTA5 to max and in Nvidia controlpanel i chose the highest value on every single choice.
Ambiant oculusion in gTA5 to max
    MSAA off.
The result is a flicker free and even in distant view an acceptable graphics.
I installed the FOV mod ( hud mods dont work) set it to 120.
VisualV and add on with no coronas installed ,ragehook lspdfr and like 30 other mods
    work flawlessley together now.
The image is still not as clear as FO4 or Skyrim but considering there is a lots of airpolution in LS the game looks great.

@Ralph,, i reverted GTA5 to vanilla,, disabled all effects in GTA5 menu.
    Reverted Nvidia settings to original.

The resolution does not change in the vorpx render screen. I can change resolution in GTAV to all available res. but vorpx is locked at 12XX x 672 resolution..

    what is to do?

    Other games are fine

Solved the issue somehow. Here is link that helped for some parts of the problem.

    https://www.geforce.com/whats-new/guides/grand-theft-auto-v-pc-graphics-and-performance-guide#grand-theft-auto-v-anisotropic-filtering

I have to admit best setting is not sufficiant, still.
But here: I got rid of the excessive flickering and blurry distant view.
I upscaled in the nvidia DSR setting to 2.5.
Enabled all Nvidia controll panel setting and maxed them out.
In GTA5 graphics settings i upscaled to 2.0, and in video settings i enabled MSAA (4 x) and Nvidia TXAA. Turned on vsync and reduced reflection setting.
The ratio is set to 4:3
In vorpx menu i use letterbox 2 ( if i use pixel 1:1 the image has visible flickering edges little bit less in letterbox 1)
The result is i can read street signs in first person and flickering edges and fences and distant skyline flickering is gone. In third person , i have the fov mod installed ( third person set to 120) , the street sign are readable if the character has passed the signs a few meters .
Now the game is playable without annoying sideeffects. But compared to other games like Skyrim FO4 TW3 the image is like looking throug a stained window .

I think GTA5 and CV1 is not compatible in any way. I guess i switch back to Nvidia 3dplay and use my old 3d glasses.

Hi forgot to mention GTAV looks bright and clear on my monitor the problem is related to the CV1.

hi ur talking about that depht shaders? Here the author has intriduced that feature along with those super depth shaders. That work on CV1 but no need to have voprx alongside. However these reshade effects worg SBS or topp, bottom down. But that actually not to compare with G3D, its just a flat z buffer like image or the compatibility, convergence mode from Nvidia…

HI, all i can say vorpx and MO run well together. I did a fresh install because my skyrim was infected by mods relicts due to prior using NMM .

I do have 260+ mods installed , and thanks to a clean install and MO no ctd and ils.

Mostly the problems are that MO is installed on a contaminated skyrim.

Best advice is delete all skyrim related files as well as the appdata folder entries . Save game maybe another reason for crashes.

Hi same problem as usual with certain games.
    Error message :
The game shows: cant find .exe, or game exe takes too long to load , execution error (Dishonored series ,GTA5)

The solution is to pause vorpx and as soon as the launcher closes its window, resume vorpx.

I do have that problem with certain games : Gtav,Skyrim,Dishonored (1 and 2)
whereas Skyrim Se ,Fallout and Alien Isolation start without that pause trick.
I guess the game start too fast and vorpx cant hook that fast.

HI all i can say Dishonored runs fine on CV1.My resolution 1940X1440.
The key to got it run on my system is: Start steam, start vorpx, pause vorpx, start dishonored launcher and immediateley resume vorpx.
