If you drop me a valid steam key, i may be able to fix the game. Unfortunately i cant buy ever game thats out new, spent half of a fortune already on 500 other games for vorpx profiles..
If someone provides me with the retail or steam game, i ll may be able to make it work.Always impossible to say in advance if it will work or not.

The old Shadowman from 1999 looks awsome in Z3D using DGVoodoo2. you probably wouldnt miss G3D. Some other DX6 titles do so as well.
The BFG VR mod is excellent (and free) but you need to reconfig your settings if you want to use a mouse+keyboard.
Looks like they ve swapped over to a different engine. Ive uploaded a new profile to the cloud. Now you have two different profiles that you can choose from.
One for v1.1.8 and one for the current one v1.2.16. Remember though many objects are 2D and cant be used for 3D. They simply appear in 2D, just as before. Tipp: Make a backup of the whole game folder and run the game with the shortcut extension -no-social . This “should” prevent from unwanted updates. Dont start steam and/or make your PC offline.Just delete the D3D9.dll we are using the d3d8.dll for this. Besides if you create for example a 2880×2160 custom resoultion in your graphics driver panel and switch to that resolution (of corse your monitor need to support that), then force res. to that setting in the DGVoodoo2 panel, you can play that res. in your HMD. – Glad i finally was able to help.

Unreal Tournament 2004 (DGVoodoo2 v 2.6) – G3D
This is a quick hack, so be aware. Very first screen has a missing shader but the game it self looks good. The advantage of this profile is that you can choose any custom resultion so you can play FUll VR with superb graphics quality.
– Note: This is a quick hack
– Make settings before start !

– Use Full Sreen (gamesttings)
– Force resolution w. DGVoodoo2
– Optimized for cinema modes

I guess i wont be any further help. These profiles are stone old, besides i was using the retail version of the game. Any other version , steam etc. may not work with my profiles at all. VorpX has changed a lot since then and like said vorpX has currently problems with openGl. You may try one of the VorpX Quake profiles or the D2XXl (Descent 2) profile to see if you can get any 3D.
They are called UT2004. Note: VorpX has currently problems with openGL so they may not work properly. Give us a note if they dont.
I call it “the disadvantages of ssl”.
Because i went over to https protocol it seems the site is loading slower again. So i would like to ask you to quickly check if the same is happening to you. I may need to switch back to http.
