Cant exactly answer your question, but with my GTX1080ti on an I7 6700k, i play many games in 4k. It really depends on the game . Mainly DX9 games, where DX11/12 may become difficult in 4k. Though as sayd it depends on the game and the engine that is used. Unity DX11 performs mainly very well in DX11 4k on my system for example using HTC Vive Pro and SteamVR.
RJK_ParticipantOh great OpenGL 8,7 &%$§?!
RJK_ParticipantRendered an SBS Clip of this, 1 minute.

User profiles mainly dont change game seetings. There is no mechanism for it. So if for axample “Bloom” is disabled, there is a reason for it. See below.
Since vorpx wants to cover a wide range of games and each game is different graphicswise, certain game settings like Bloom or other effects may be in the way when vorpx creates 3D.
So its always a good idea, when trying to find a suitable profile for a game thats not supported yet also to experiment with the games graphic settings manually. Shadows for example are a very common issue for example, especially on newer games.Mods may work, mods may not work. There is no rule for it. Best thing is to temporarily install a mod to see if it works or not.
RJK_ParticipantIIRC there is nothing special about installing/playing this game. Use the profile for it like any other profile from the cloud.
RJK_Participantyou may find it here https://rjkole.com/?g=391
RJK_ParticipantRJK_ParticipantFor a shortbut rightclick on the vorpx icon in the taskbar and choose shortcut and point to your games executable. For your specific game i could help you only if i own the game which is unforunately not the case. Though if its a DX8 game, you may tray any profile from the cloud which is marked with “dgvoodoo2” or “d3d8to9”. You can get d3d8to9 here https://github.com/crosire/d3d8to9/releases and dgvoodoo2 from here https://dege.freeweb.hu
RJK_ParticipantOct 2023 – A little update on my profile requester:

I have added an email adress in case you want to send a game as a GOG Gift.
Whenever your game search was negative and the site says : Here are your Options”
Click on the link provided to view my current GOG Email Address so you can make a Gift.Note: The link provided can only be accessed through this game search. Bookmarks wont work !
RJK_ParticipantLords of the Fallen 2023 is using the Unreal5 Engine. That may be the reason.UN5 may not work with VorpX yet.You may try a DX12 profile like from Cyberpunk2077, but definately without G3D.
BTW: I made a nice profile for The Original GOTY Game from GOG without Denuvo which provides G3D.

RJK_ParticipantTested the Could profile today with the latest 1.0.165.0 Executable on WIN10. S3D and Z3D both work as expected. Nothing i can do so far. Check if you run vorpX and the game both as admin. Disable anything that is running in the background what you currently dont need. Any exe thats not really needed. May help.
RJK_ParticipantUnder Game/App Profiles click Import Settimgs/Profile
https://www.rjkole.com/gamestuff/vorpx/index.php?showm=1RJK_ParticipantHave you loaded the profile for this game from the vorpx cloud ? If so please verify if the game executable you are running is the same as indicated in the profile .
RJK_ParticipantFor this profile to work properly you must run the dx9 executable. Besides Vorpx doesnt produce any 3D on DX10 ! If you insist to run the DX10 game, run it without any profile. It may or not may work, but in 2D only.
