SilithasParticipant
No question about it, we need avatar frontiers of Pandora on Vorpx! The immersion of Cyberpunk on my Varjo Aero is gigantic. The fauna and flora of Pandora in VR would be incredible. I hope that we can experience that someday. Thank you for your efforts in general.
Greetings
Fredi, from MunichCame just to say 100% this!
I wish for us to get the same kind of VR “patch” as cyberpunk got. Sadly that game with vorpX demands a 5950x or better as my 5900x got murdered with low fps lol, but as avatar apparently only uses like 25% ish, that leaves more than 60% cpu usage left for VR.
SilithasParticipantEuro truck simulator 2.
SilithasParticipantNo openVR support?
SilithasParticipantYou may should check that again. Because ETS2 runs just fine with my Vive…
But truckersMP does not. It has no support for the vr branch.
SilithasParticipantETS2 (like ATS) has native support for both the Vive and Rift – no need for VorpX
No they don’t. If they did, i wouldn’t have asked here. Only the dev branch of ETS has VR support, but not really optimized either.
SilithasParticipantCan’t promise that. Since there is an Oculus version in the works for the game, others have a higher priority. Try to create custom profiles like described above, the ability to create copies of profiles and assign other games to them is exactly for cases like this where no official profile exists.
Yeah, tried to use skyrim’s profile, add the executables for ets2, but didn’t work. the vive was still in the blank welcome space.
SilithasParticipantOk. But will it ever be implemented for “native vorpX” support? (atleast until the oculus beta branch is out of beta) And i don’t mind no head tracking as long as i can look around at all with the mouse movements :) Main reason i got vorpX to begin with back when i used DK2.

ETS and ATS has native support, no need for VorpX
Then please teach me how to do configure it, cause i chose the oculus beta, added -openvr in the launch option, and when i fire up the game, then the right eye is fine and fluid, but the left eye is stuttering at what seems like 5-8 fps :s
Oct 10, 2016 at 6:29pm in reply to: registration mail to reactivate vorpX, no mail received? #111836SilithasParticipantgot the key now :) for i forgot that if you close the registration window, the request code resets, so had to send a new reg mail :/
SilithasParticipantThink that really depends on Blizzard.
RegardsI meant via vorpX…
SilithasParticipantAlright I finally got Battlefield 4 to work.
The fix for me that finally got it working:
Step 1: Launch Origin
Step 2: Right click on battlefield 4 and go down to Game Properties
Step 3: change “When Launching this game” to “Battlefield 4 (x86)”
Step 4: check mark “disable Origin in Game for this game”
It fixed the game and gave it “3d”, but it doesn’t track your head movement nor position. Plus when i click escape, the game gets blurry, but no menu options. It doesn’t freeze, it just ain’t any menues there :S
And how can i get it to work with wow?
