You. An deleat this thread, because there is another with similar issue.Jun 18, 2016 at 6:51pm in reply to: Not working for the games i wanted it the most (HTC Vive) #103773UsvartParticipantI have exact the same Problem, but I have the steam Version. FSX is the game I wanted the most with vorpX.
In DX10 the game Starts at the monitor, but the Vive stays in the virtual room.
With DX9 and vorpX running, the game crashes at once.
UsvartParticipantI found the solution.
Just activate “run vorpX control as administrator”. This worked for me.

I have the FSX Steam version? Could this be the problem?
UsvartParticipantDo you have this Problem in every Game? I don’t. But in Alien Isolation and rfactor2.
UsvartParticipantThat your Monitor with vorpX running turns black is normal. But my Vive keeps screening the holodeck
UsvartParticipantDoes your Screen turn black or does your game start normaly? I have the same Problem with Firewatch. Did not find any solution even Firewatch is officially supported by vorpX
UsvartParticipant@Ralf
Do you have an idea?UsvartParticipantI tried to tun vorpX with admin rights. Didn’t solve the problem.
The game itself starts (i hear the sounds) and the monitor turns black (thats normal) but the game isn’t displayed at the vive.
UsvartParticipantUnfortunately it doesn’t work.
Can anyone run it with the Vive?
UsvartParticipantWhat do you start first? vorpX or SteamVR?
UsvartParticipant@Ralf
Any reason, why I get no answer?UsvartParticipant@Ralf
Can I fix this in the settings or is this a vorpX issue?
UsvartParticipant@Ralf
Do you know the solution?UsvartParticipant(default key for that is ‘U’ if I’m not mistaken
yes, you were right. Thanks.
But unfortunately I could not solve the problem, I see many objects twice. The more far away objects are, the bigger is the seperation. For example the steeringwheel infront of me, I see once. But when a car overtakes me it gets seperated in die distance.
A small problem is, that on one eye the speedometer is white (correct) and on the other eye it’s almost completly dark.
