RalfKeymasterThis purchase was made with another name and mail address than the one you used for the key request, hence the system could not verify your key request.
For further steps to clarify the matter please check your e-mail account. This cannot be resolved on the forum. Thanks for your understanding.
RalfKeymasterUnfortunately there is no purchase with your name or e-mail address in the database of our payment service MyCommerce, hence the system could not verify your key request. If you used another name/mail-address for your purchase, please let me know, ideally together with your Order-ID. We will then process your request manually.
BTW: Your other post with the same content was removed. One post per question is enough, thanks.
RalfKeymasterThat sounds odd, never encountered something like that. Can you maybe provide one or two examples that I could check?
Be aware that imported official profiles (author: [vorpX]), which most of the time are the same that you have in the local database anyway, aren’t shown in blue color. Only user profiles/settings are blue in the local list to indicate that they differ from the default profiles/settings.

RalfKeymasterDo you use the “Internal Resolution Upscale” in the vorpX menu? If so, please reset that to 1.0 for the Z-Normal 3D mode, it only works correctly with Geometry 3D. Instead you can raise the resolution manually in your SkyrimPrefs.ini, which is just as good.
1600×1200 or 1920×1440 are quite nice quality wise. If your monitor doesn’t allow those full screen, make sure to play the game windowed (bFull Screen = 0 in the .ini)
RalfKeymasterThere’s not much to it: all you have to do is importing the profile from the cloud profiles page in the config app. Afterwards it is automatically active and shown in your local profiles list.
Imported profiles are shown with a blue font instead of black in the local profiles list.
RalfKeymasterYour order is marked as “Awaiting Payment” in the database of our payment service MyCommerce, hence they did not send you anything.
if you used anyhing else than Paypal or a credit card, it may take a while until they receive the money. If you do not get a confirmation from them within a few days max, please let me know.
RalfKeymasterDidy you check the FAQ post in this sub forum?
My activation key cannot be verified.
Please double check whether the request code in the license dialog is the same as in the key e-mail. If not, send us your new request code. Also please make sure to enter the data in the name field correctly. It has to look exactly like in the key e-mail. Use copy and paste to avoid typos. The key e-mail has an example image attached that illustrates how it’s supposed to look.
RalfKeymasterDid you check the support FAQ or the FAQ post in this sub forum?
I bought vorpX before but don’t have the web installer anymore.
Please request a new download link here.
RalfKeymasterThere was a short mail server downtime earlier today, should be OK again.
Your original mail might have been lost. If you didn’t receive your key in the meantime, please resend the request code.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
RalfKeymastervorpX 17.2.2 has been released. Please note that this is just a fix for the critical issue mentioned below. The next regular version is not quite ready yet, hence this hotfix which had to be released ASAP.
- Mouse emulation head tracking could fail on some systems
If you didn’t experience this issue, the update does not bring any changes for you.
RalfKeymasterPlease make sure that BOTH THE NAME AND THE KEY look EXACTLY as shown in the key-email.
The name field has to contain your name followed by the mail address in parantheses exactly like shown in the e-mail.
Use COPY AND PASTE to avoid typos.
The EXAMPLE IMAGE that is attached to the key e-mail shows how it should look.
RalfKeymasterYou should have received a fresh download link now. Let me know if it did not reach you.
RalfKeymasterWith Direct VR enabled the gamepad works natively in Skyrim, hence the gamepad emulation is disabled as soon as Direct VR kicks in.
To use the gamepad with Direct VR, all you have to do normally is enabling it the Skyrim options menu. The major benefit of using Skyrim’s native gamepad handling is that it allows analog movement with the left thumbstick.
RalfKeymaster@ zian: vorpX is not supposed to hook into nxmhandler.exe. To avoid that message please add nxmhandler.exe to your exclude list in the vorpX config app.
RalfKeymasterJust a guess, but maybe it’s a virus scanner problem.
If you use anything else than Windows Defender, please disable your virus scanner and see whether that makes a difference.
