Dying light already has VR support (without the need for VorpX) – but you need to enable it. It was never finished properly by the developers but it’s very playable still.

    Go to “C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DyingLight\out\settings\”

    6. Open up the file video.scr with any text editor, Notepad for example.

    7. At the bottom, add this line to the video.scr:
    OculusEnabled()

    8. Save and close the video.scr file.

@jtrobe67 – consider using ‘Game Glass’ which is an external API which plugs into SC and gives you a load of per-configured buttons from your tablet or phone.

Indecently, in few months or so SC will be switching over to Vulkan and that will be the end of VorpX support?

FOV is tied to resolution, you can no longer set it in user.cfg.

You will notice the slider values change depending on the resolution you set.

FOV is tied to the resolution, I don’t believe it can be changed independently.

You can achieve a FOV of 100-110 with the correct resolution though.

It plays surprisingly OK in Z-normal with a bit of tweaking. It does also work in G3d but the performance hit is massive and I think it actually looks better in Z-normal. Saying that, they should be moving over to the Lumberyard engine very soon, so all VorpX support will end, (forever?)

I’ve tried it. It switches back to 3rd person as soon as combat starts

You don’t have SLI enabled do you? I’ve found this to cause flickering in some games, if so just disable it and you’re fixed.

    Hi,

ETS 2 has native support – you shouldn’t be using VORPX for this title

    Hi,
If you rename the .exe file to Arma2 then it will use that profile and you’ll get what you’re after. Warning though, the game needs a good PC to run at acceptable frames

I believe it’s the anti-cheat program Battle-eye…you need to disable this before it runs.

I noticed the head tracking is all backwards in helicopters…anyone know why?
