Thank you Ralf! I got mine working, and I’ve never experienced anything this scary in VR before, especially when walking through the flooded corridor. I was holding my breath to be able to play RE7 in VR and then you made it happen. All I can say is thanks! I’m about to use this profile for Battlefield 1. Would it work, since I was having issues with another profile where my right eye was pitch black in geometry mode.

Oculus Debug Tool to improve the detail at a value of 2.0 didn’t help with detail. Didn’t look sharp or clear for that matter. I’m almost giving up hope on VorpX. I know RE7 runs on DirectX 11, so I thought wouldn’t the software inject easily with the game? I’ve also lost hope to run Battlefield 1 with geometry 3D settings. Two games which I bought in the first week they were introduced, very sad.

I used profile from Alien Isolation. No good, flickers. FOV was limited. It had geometry turned on, but didn’t appear immersive. Not like in Fallout 4, which is incredible. I wonder if FOV hack (cheat engine) works, but then you’d have the flickering.

Absolutely agree. They made a bad decision not to include VR support for the pc version. What that tells me is that down the road, you’ll be purchasing the game at a lower price, and Capcom has lost money, because I could have pulled all the stops and purchased the game yesterday.

OK, now it’s fixed. I had to re-install DOTNet 4.6.2 Framework. Now, there are no crashes. Thanks for all your help!

I am having the same issue after updating to 17.x.x. I’m not able to view “local profiles” or “troubleshooting” without the program crashing. It gives the error log:
