Wow, I didn’t realize how popular my profile had become. Nifty. I was just mucking around when the free beta was live. Nice job on the suggested tweaks. I didn’t put a lot of time into it after I got it to hook and I never even ended up buying it for PC. Glad some people are getting some use out of it and making it better. Was finally thinking about grabbing it with all the Black Friday sales going on.
Just to save everyone the work of doing it themselves, I used the AAMFP profile which is in OPENGL so Doom hooks with Geometry 3D and uploaded it. Not the best experience, and like feathers632 states, there is something janky about panning around and I have a top end rig that pushes a solid 90 FPS.
The profile is simply called Doom, and the author is me, piebald3. Keep a barf bucket handy and enjoy! ;)
Also agree..Motion Blur disabled. Change zoom in Vorpx settings to suit your needs. Think I settled at .55 or thereabouts.

Love the new update. Virtual Cinema was a great addition, and all around, having no issues getting games to hook. Thanks for all the hard work Ralf. Finally have Fear 2 running and was playing some older versions of NBA and MLB 2k in virtual cinema. Very cool.

Extended mode, set DK2 as primary monitor, and that’s it. Hooks and boots every time and head tracking is phenomenal. This experience alone was worth the $40 IMO. Such a fickle device. Outlast is pretty much the most reliable game on DK2 for me. Win 7, i5 2500k, AMD HD6870 w/ latest beta drivers if that helps. I held out even trying Whistleblower until I got the DK2 and now after playing some of the original again I’m so scared of the unknown I haven’t even tried it yet. Replaying the original, even on parts where I remember exactly what I’m in for its all nopenopenopenopenope quit.
