Now I have tried a few things, but it ends up the same way.
I started a new character, disabled ambient occlusion, lowered bullet decals and even put borderlands2.exe in compatible mode for win 8 ( I read somewhere it could help)
But I still got around 35 min and then a crash in inventory.
I then downclocked my cpu and gpu and tried again.
This time I got over an hour and thought now its working. But when I entered a shop to sell it crashed again.
In my 2nd run, I tried to let the inventory load in a few secs before switching things around and it seemed to help.
But it just will crash!I don´t know what to do now :(

Im not very far into the game.. I just learned how to throw those hearts at the dragons.. You still want a savegame file?? And where should I send it to?
So maybe I should give some details. The first try with capped 60 fps I played with a controller, that means vorpx didnt disable Directvr.
Now I tried again with m/k and using tab (disable Directvr) and now I played again about 30 min and got a crash. But it didnt crash in inventory.. It just crashed while I was running around.Yea, this is a bit weird.. I hope you will find a solution, Ralf :) Coz my 45 min today really made me want to play this!! :)
If I get the time, I will check if the problem also is in Borderlands 1 :)Thanks for that tip :) I just tested it and something works better now. I capped the game to 60 fps and I didnt touch physix, coz it was already on low.
I play for nearly 30-45 min, thats triple than normal, but then it crashed again. And it was near Flynn and I havent met a save point in a while, so that sux.
If this inventory bug is a game bug and not a vorpx bug, how is it that it never was fixed??
I still think that vorpx doing something, coz I know alot of ppl who has played borderlands 2 and never got a crash. Is it problem with the steam version??So I tried your fix, but with no luck :( I mapped the key to TAB, but it crashed any way.
Ralf, would you look into this?? Borderlands 2 would be such a cool game to play in vr.Thats how I started to play and I kinda getting used to it. I just saw a post somewhere, that ppl could scale the hud. I couldnt get it to work. So I was just curious :)

I tried to rename the file, so it matched vorpx´s exe file. But it didnt really help :(Thanks Ralf :)
By deleting the ini file, I could play the last 5 min of the game on my monitor.
I tried to turn off the 3D, but it didnt help. Im a bit sad that I can´t play the very last part of the game in vr, coz I thought of doing a vr let´s play of Metro 2033 Redux on my youtube channel.I just read the blog. RE7 has fixed the weapon bug?? So no more weird arms??
Ralf, Im never gonna finish any game coz you just add something new cool stuff and then i have even more new games to play!
I just to way to few hours in my day :(I have played Mass Effect with a 4k texture mod and holy shit is was awesome to be back in space!!
But I wanted to try out other third person games, so i tried Dark Souls 2… Now I have not played anything else in the last 3 weeks. DS 2 rocks!!! So i bought the hole series :)
But I didnt like the cinema mode for both games, so i tried to make it full vr mode with some tweaks and it works perfect!!! :)
