    Hi,
I’m trying to play cyberpunk 2077 with the VR mod but it crash a bit after starting (while loading, I can see the little modal that explain motion control), I’m on 1.5 (tried 1.6, 1.52 too)
    Any idea?
    (oculus quest 2, 2070 super, ryzen 5 3600, 32gb ram)

    *Didn’t find any crash log*

I’ve heard about a *OpenXR runtime*, should I do something with it?

You must add command -dx11 for unity profile. Or use a profile ( cyberpunk2077) that work with dx12.

Hi, just recently bought VorpX today and having a ‘similar’ sort of issue?

    I’m using a Valve Index.

When I launch the game VorpX attaches itself to Cyberpunk 2077, it begins to play the intro screen with “Cyberpunk 2077” then it freezes, on the title/logo screen, and can only be closed via task manager.

I had originally tried this with the free Cybperpunk VorpX mod, which wouldn’t load at all on my Index. Hence why I’ve bought the paid version.

Any help for us all would be appreciated.

Yeah with normal vorpx. We are referring to the stand alone Cp2077 Vorpx VR injector avaliable for free on the Vorpx website.

nah does not even work with vorpx for me since update. tried fresh install of the game as well.

I’m having the game lock up on the first screen (“cyberpunk 2077”) then drop to desktop after a mninute or three of just sitting there.
This is just using Vorpx itself, not the cyberpunk specific mod Ralf made.
Previously vorpx worked really well with the game but since the 1.6 update it wont run.

Installed vorpx, go to launch game it doesnt hook to game unless alternative hooking is ticked. Loads into the loading screen for game stalls then crashes. Also performance even if i do load in is horrendous, anyway to fix this? I expect I’ll have to go to low everything which is fine, but can’t even get to the settings.

I must say, this is highly disapointing. I will attempt to use it for Cyberpunk 2077. If that doesn’t work I certainly hope your team will be gracious enough to refund my money. You may correspond with me directly through my email if you wish. Just looking for a solution here….

I tried all, I’ve read all, how can work fine the free vorpx vr mod of Cyberpunk2077 and the pay version is zoomed ??? I try to config and ImageZoom workaround just doesn’t work. So absurd, I’m very disappointed. I’d like to get my money back.

Hi, I recently get Vorpx and im really disappointed, all is zoomed and i can’t do anything, supr menu options doesn’t work, changing customized resolution, adjust the FOV impossible. I used the free mod of Cyberpunk 2077 and it works good but with unload textures of the main characters. The pay version is zoomed. I also tried Chivalry and ZOOMED! I have a Radeon RX 5700 Xt and ive paid near 40E for nothing.

For me this would be a risky purchase. Unless I was super keen on this game I would wait for a discount sale to try it. Although you can use the steam refund program, if you can get your testing done before the 2 hour playtime mark.

I knew nothing of this game, but here is what I learned by briefly searching key words among the steam discussions.

    -Unreal Engine 4 game (good)
    -dx12 (bad)
-no mention of FOV increase options (bad)
-cockpit camera video looks like it may have very limited movement, locked to the horizon (bad)

dx12 is the major obstacle here, as we only have a handful of profiles to test with currently. I’ll just say that out of 4 unofficial dx12 games in my library, only 1 has worked with Z3D. And yes, dx12 is Z3D only at this point.

Here are the profiles I would try:

    Grounded
    CyberPunk 2077
    Rdr2
    Resident Evil Village
    Horizon Zero Dawn
    Death Stranding
    Deathloop
    Dying Light 2

And remember that the true exe for UE4 games are hidden inside the Binaries/Win64 folder and always end with the words “shipping.exe”

Been a while since I’ve played CP2077 but hopping back in to finish the Map in the upper right is way off the screen as well as the grenades etc in bottom left. I’m using a 4:3 resolution which I believe I should be.

Before when I adjusted HUD horizontal I was able to actually have the map move more to the center of the screen. Unfortunately now it doesn’t

On top of that when I hit click and save it resets all the settings to the default VorpX settings. Searching the forums I see some mentions of HUD issues but no actual fix.m

Any insight would be great. TIA

Thought i’d make a list as iv’e been trying out some more games with VorpX:

    1: Red Dead Redemption 2
    2: Cyberpunk 2077
    3: Prey (2017) & Mooncrash
4: Space Hulk Deathwing Enhanced Edition
    5: Shadow Warrior 2

Games that i have not played yet but i have tested them with VorpX & they work good once i set the game & VorpX settings to my liking so will probably be added to my list once i have played more:

    Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
    The Outer Worlds
    Resident Evil 7
    Chernobylite

so, i used cyberpunk2077 profile first, with dx12, zadaptive only and without g3d. I didn’t like colors and have had significant frame drops multiple times. Then I used the Observer profile, with dx11 (you have to add the start command -d11 in the steam options or create a shortcut to the executable, modify it and always add -dx11. Also in this case, despite having the g3d, you don’t have 3d effect and creates problems with dlls but in zadaptive it works much better than dx12 and has better colors. pity you can’t change the fov of the game and hands

you can change fov game using https://www.flawlesswidescreen.org/ or even unreal unlock engine tool maybe.
