i had a similar problem for me i uninstalled vorpx and all of the rift software then installed the oldest rift software all the way up to the newest version you will get some error msg if on windows 10 just ignore them then restart your pc then install a fresh copy of vorpx and i also made all of vorpx and rift icons admin ( the admin thing helped because vorpx desktop would bomb back to windows ) hope this helps
yep fixed for me too i removed oculus runtimes and vorpx and started fresh games work but i still cant get the menu up in vlc or mpc to work but im happy just have to save up for a new pc to make this all run a bit better
i know its a old gpu but before i had no problems ive had the set up for 6 months no issues then update and then it all went down from there oh well thanks for the quick response
ok now im at the point were i don’t think this is a vorpx problem and more of an oculus software problem sorry Ralf for wasting you time
ok got it working it was mainly user error i guess i need to run every thing through the app first and it was the 32bit Version of MPC that worked for me now to try some games

iv had my dk2 for about 6 months and vorpx was purchased about 3 days after i got the dk2 and it was worth every penny with all new tec that is still being worked on you have to tinker and ask for help when all avenues are exhausted but once you get it working its even more enjoyable vorpx is well worth the money
