Got it working well with Skyrim, and managed to have the DEL key bring up the config menu. However, the shadows ingame are still not showing up even though they are set in the ini file, so I tried setting defered shadows to 0 which you suggested, but it didnt work.
But if I start Skyrim normaly on my monitor after disabling Vorpx, the shadows come back no problems and display correctly ingame. Im pretty sure my Skyrim install is not the cause. tried with and without mods.. No luck..Suggestions..?
    Im out of ideas…

I got Skyrim working pretty easily enough, but I see no shadows or evidence of G3D rendering or anyway to confirm if its running. Someone mentioned hitting Del, but that did nothing. I see no shadows in my game but they are clearly set in the skyrim ini file. How can we tell if geometry rending is on.?
Vorpx also runs pretty choppy on my Rig which is a I74470K, GTX 780, and 16GB Hyperx Ram. Running Skyrim on my monitor I get over 100fps with a load of mods, but not using Vorpx..

@Steve: Damn, you were faster than me. Should have prepared this better forum wise…

@All vorpX 0.7.1 with initial DK2 support is now available. Please note that DK2 support is in early stages. Not all games have been tested and there are most likely bugs.

This was released as fast as possible to give you something to play with, so don’t complain. ;)

If you already own vorpX, your vorpX should automatically update when you start vorpX Control. If it doesn’t, you can update manually by using your web installer.

I have sent you a mail Ralf.
Having issues with my purchase, like where the heck is it installed/not running etc..

Ralf, the video you showed recently with Skyrim head tracking, was that accomplished with a DK2, a Hydra or some other method of tracking.? I assumed it was a DK2, so I was immediately interested. However…..
I ask this, because I purchased Vorpx due to that video showing head tracking in Skyrim working. I would have waited before buying if its not DK2 tracking..
I guess Im saying, Im a bit fed up, especially after reading the above post..It dosent read very good..

Ralf, please tell us it wont be another week at least.? I havent been able to use vorpx at all since I purchased it.!
The waiting is soul destroying, even more so right after waiting forever on the DK2.. Sighhhh..

    Hi Ralf

I just purchased a copy of Vorpx in eager anticipation of the new release relating to Skyrim. I drool at the thought of running round Skyrim modded to hell and back with HD textures and a bazzilion mods, all running at 75fps using Vorpx and my DK2. (I have a nice fast pc)

Dare I ask what timeframe we looking at a release. Days or weeks? Eitherway its great news you sorted geometry based rendering, and head tracking. Looks amazing fun.. Cant wait to try it..
