YOu could try to add the .exe of the tool to the exclude list in the vorpX config app. Not sure whether that will help. but it’s worth a shot.

BTW: If you use the tray tool for adding a supersampling multiplier, you should be aware that doing so is not recommended with vorpX since it works different than native apps. The right way to enhance image quality with vorpX is to raise the resolution that you run a game with. Recommended resolutions are 1280×1024, 1600×1200, 1920×1440 depending on what you PC can handle for a game without falling below 45fps.

If you run games windowed, you can mirror the view as seen in the headset to the monitor and capture it. You’ll find the according option on the display page of the vorpx ingame menu. It’s not visible while games are run fullscreen, but appears when you run them windowed.

The config app (“In-Game Key Bindings” page) has a list and also allows you to customize key assignments .

@ jozeffff: You need to use the original Source-engine version of the game. The recently released “Landmark edition” is based on a completely different graphics engine and thus does not work.

Mo, you didn’t. You used the r…@live.com address. You need to use that one for download and key requests as well since the system needs to link download and key requests to actual purchases.

The e-mail address linked to that purchase is entirely different from the one you posted above.

Please make sure to enter the mail address that you used to register vorpX into the download form and also use that address to request a new key, otherwise the system will not process your requests.

Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to any order with that mail address in the database of our e-commerce service MyCommerce, neither a successful nor a failed one.

If you are 100% sure that your purchase went through, please contact support |at| vorpx com with either your MyCommerce Order-ID (you can find that in the mail from MyCommerce) or your Paypal receipt, respectively a screenshot of the credit cedit card charge in case you can’t find the Order-ID.

Yes, that is probably the issue. Please resend the request code from the same mail address that you used for the purchase.

I can’t say “when” before I now “if”, sorry. It was a mistake to say anything at all earlier. After three years of doing this I really should have known better by now.

The only answer I can give you is the same as always in similar cases: *** IF POSSIBLE *** support will be added.

The reason why I commented on ME:Andromenda in the first place was that you earlier said you understand the “if possible” part of such answers. I won’t make any such posts anymore to avoid exactly this kind of confusion, sorry.

Works as it should here with both the normal and Direct VR positional tracking. Are you experiencing this with Positional Direct VR activated (requires a re-scan afterwards!) or with the normal pos tracking? Also did you change any settings substantially (e.g. the 3D-Strength)? Last but not least: are you using any mods that affect the Skyrim camera in any way?

I’m unaware of that feature. I’ll take a look at it, but it might collide with how vorpX handles the controllers, so no promises.

vorpX since the beginning has it’s own virtual hotkey system though, which works by looking at “buttons” in front of you. You can freely configure it in the vorpX ingame menu and assign its trigger button (default: SHIFT+mousewheel click) to the Vive controllers.

I wish I was. Just (this time for real) no comments on upcoming (or not) game support anymore.

Please use the 32bit version then for which the profile is made.

The injection error is probably caused by BattleEye though, please disable it. Unfortunately the BattleEye programmer made his program incompatible with the injection method that vorpX uses some time ago and called that “proactive cheat protection”. Discussing the matter with him lead nowhere.

If you experience injection issues with multiple games, there almost certainly is a conflict with some other program on your PC. Many programs also hook into games and can cause such an issue. Not all of them are obvious.

Hottest candidates are: virus scanners, any sort of CPU/GPU utilities, game video recording/streaming software, chat programs and generally everything that can show notifictations in games.

Best way to trouble shoot this is to disable/uninstall every program that is running in the background.
