Good luck building a PC that can run 4K VR!I just found out there’s a newer version out (I was running 0.9.1 on Rift DK2). I succeeded in downloading 16.2.0 using the Web Setup utility from the second time, and it almost immediately disappeared from the *hidden* download folder under “%Temp%” for no apparent reason, however I’m far too smart for that and copied the installer EXE for backup purposes :D. I can see that there is no progress on running the configuration utility on Windows 10? It still shows a “vorpConfig has stopped working” error which automatically closes almost immediately. Should we expect a fix or a workaround for that any time soon?
Just read in another topic that VorpX installation might mess up if you don’t install from an account with Admin rights, maybe try an uninstall then fresh install from an Admin account?
From my experience, the head tracking only moves the camera in First Person games. In Virtual Cinema-type titles it always moves the entire screen by design.

I have a 980Ti as well and skyrim plays at 90fps with 2x upscaled resolution in geometry mode.Try reinstalling the Nvidia drivers and then maybe see if your runtime is updated too.
Are you using Windows 10? cause Windows 10 is know to mess up random stuff for some people.
Could also be the CPU. While very strong in benchmarks, for some reason the 2*** generation Intels are having weird issues in recent stuff. Heard of many guys who went from 2500k to 4*** or 6*** and say even though their clock speeds are lower, their gaming performance got much better.
I think your runtime might be too old. They changed a lot of stuff for 8.0 and beyond, like for example disabling certain video cards, etc.
My guess is Vorpx moved on as well and support for older runtimes was lost, but do wait for a 100% response from Ralf.
